Transport information

General conditions of transport and payment
1.1 Our prices on our price list and offers are net prices, VAT and transport costs are not included.
1.2 There might be small differences in quantity and quality due to the production technology of latex balloons.
1.3 All our partner agree that the balloons printed by us can be used as reference by Lufi Expressz Ltd.

Payment conditions
2.1 Our regular clients has option of money transfer up to 8 days after the purchase.
2.2 In case of late payment a default interest might be charged.

Transport conditions
3.1 Transport costs are paid by the customer.
3.2 Packing for transportation is included in the sales price.
3.3 Finished balloons are transported to any place in the world Europe by courier service, standard shipping generally takes 2 to 6-7 days.
3.4 Goods travel at the buyer’s risk.

Complaints
4.1 Written complaints are accepted within 8 days from receipt of the goods.

Other provisions
5.1 Products are properties of Lufi Expressz Ltd. until complete payment is received.
5.2 In case of disputes Székesfehérvár City Court is the competent authority.
5.3 By placing order, customers accept the conditions above.
